Gamma-Zeta Housing Corporation
The financial obligations of the chapter are handled by the Gamma-Zeta
Housing Corporation, under the management of a group of local alumni
lead by Owen Thomas. Gamma-Zeta holds the deed to the chapter house,
the land and to the parking lot. The Gamma-Zeta board works with the
Grand Treasurer to determine the budget every semester for such activities
as homecoming, social events and philanthropy projects and to plan for any
repair work to be done to the house. Gamma-Zeta makes sure the
mortgage on the chapter property and dues to the national fraternity
are paid in full and on time every month and organizes periodic
fundraising campaigns to improve the chapter house and property.
