The Parents Club also actively raises funds to benefit the fraternity by paying for unforseen expenses or just outright gifts. Past purchases include the television in the main room, new house phones and materials to pave around the basketball court to prevent injuries. A recurring benefit of the Parents club is the funding for the food and drinks that the House Mother prepares for "Snack Time" during finals week. Every night of finals week the men expect and receive large doses of study food that, for a short time, take their minds off of school work.
