How Recruitment Works
To become a member of a Greek Letter organization, you must go through the process of recruitment. Recruitment, simply stated, is the membership selection process. Across the nation, universities execute this process at the beginning of their fall or spring semester. Here at OSU our recruitment process is informal, meaning that the bulk of our recruitment occurs during the summer.
